Suboxone
Suboxone Maintenance Treatment (SMT) is offered for those persons who have long term addiction patterns or who have been unsuccessful in short term detoxification programs.
Protocol:
- Available at these facilities: Kalamazoo, South Bend and Jackson
- Pre-screening for program eligibility or transfer required via phone or personal interview with clinic staff
- Assessment and medical evaluation completed by clinic staff for intake or transfer
